Guest Ratings & Reviews
The corner suite with lake and city views was a beautiful and spacious choice for our family with three kids. The room was comfortable with a nice bed, but the accessibility could have been better. The hotel provided excellent service with very polite and helpful staff, offering a range of convenient amenities. The location was clean and nice overall, though the promised views were not fully accessible. The dining experience was good overall, especially at restaurant and bar 676 with phenomenal options. The facilities were modern and well-equipped, making our stay enjoyable and convenient.
The suites are all spacious, although the cleanliness was not perfect, and some rooms seemed a bit tired. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, offering a range of convenient services. The location on Michigan Avenue is excellent for exploring the city, even though it can be noisy. The dining options were good but slightly expensive. Overall, the hotel provides a cozy stay with room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and could hold 5 people comfortably, with nice separation between the bedroom, bathroom, and living room. The service was exceptional, especially the valet guys who were always there to help with a friendly smile. The location was incredibly central and kid-friendly, but the pool area was a bit crowded. The dining experience was good, but slightly on the pricey side. Overall, a great choice.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and spacious, ideal for a family of 4, and the view was fantastic. The service was top-notch, with a staff that went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location was super convenient, right off Mag Mile, making it easy to explore the best of downtown Chicago. The dining experience was great, although a bit pricey. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a few minor downsides.
The hotel has a great location on the Miracle Mile, making it easy to reach many attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for a family stay, but a bit outdated and lack charm. The staff's service is so-so, and the size of the room felt cramped compared to other options. Still, it offers a decent stay at a good value.
